Hey Jo? In case you do consider trying the book id posted about, 'Buried In Treasures', it isnt a regular book that you just read, it is a workbook that really helps you see where you specifically are having problems with. It is very helpful in a different way than a regular book might be! 😀

Hi Jo. I totally understand how you feel. I regularly have to calm myself from anxiety attacks from my place, too. What has worked for me is to try to be objective and choose a small, do-able area or project first. Once you see improvement, you will likely feel better. Each new area you improve will give you confidence & strength to continue. Ive found doing the easier decisions first works best. As i do them, decisions get clearer for the rest of it. Try not to look at the whole thing at once, cuz that is overwhelming. You may find the book 'Buried In Treasures' helpful. Good luck to you! 😀
