Hello, I'm brand new to this, so thanks in advance for any advice you can provide. I need to hire a company to help remove ALOT of clutter and stuff from a home. I am looking for a company that has bonded employees who really know what they're doing and will be professional and ethical. No judgement, no harsh criticism, etc. I want folks who can sort and organize. Will need to take stuff to a storage facility and sort and organize there. Great if company also will help with drop offs to Salvation Army, etc., but not required. I read a number of very negative reviews about companies who offer Hoarding Clean up services. Better Business Bureau has some really upset customers, so I thought it best to check with others to get recommendations instead of randomly picking a comopany. I would appreciate recommendations for any high quality, bonded company that services Central NJ (Monmouth & Ocean Counties). I would also appreciate hearing about specific individuals from any company you utilized. In the reviews I mentioned earlier, it seemed that there was a huge difference in service levels, depending upon the individuals that showed up. One last requirement --- vehicles that do NOT advertise the service being provided. Completely blank --nothing that says "Hoarding Clean Up" or anything about Junk removal, etc. Thanks so much for your help! Regards, | |

Tillie, Thanks. Yes, I saw the list on the left side of the screen, but I went on to read that there are franchises. Problem with that is the same as with any franchise --- depending upon who owns and operates it, you can get different levels of service. I was hoping someone in NJ had used a particular office and could provide feedback. If they could give specific people on the crew who were great, that would be even better. As I said, after reading lots of reviews on different sites, I'd like to get input from individuals who were happy and satisfied. There are plenty out there who were NOT. If anyone reading this has any input on a particular office that gave them great service in NJ, I'd love to hear. Tillie, I know you were trying to help and I thank you for pointing out the list. Sometimes people don't read, so it's fair to assume I may have missed it. Dee | |
