My sister and I (18 & 20) are at a complete loss. We live far north in Canada and there are no resources to help hoarders up here. My father is bipolar and has OCD but extremely high functioning. His hoarding is EXTREME, his basement flooded and he no longer has running water, he also no longer has access to his fridge because it's blocked and his neighbors have alerted the city. We are very concerned about him and need some advice on how to help him asap! Anything is appreciated.
