Hi,

My Mom and sister live in squalor in my Mom's condo. I would like to help them by getting someone to clean out the space and set them on the right path to living a cleaner life.

They have a dog which potties on the carpeting. It needs to be torn out and replaced with some type of flooring. Since they live in a condo which is governed by an association, there would need to be discreet care taken so as not to raise a red flag about the condition of the place - either to the association and/or the neighbors.

Help!!!!! I don't know where to begin. I do know that I want a better, cleaner life for them. My Mom is 80 years old and I want the remainder of her life to be happy.
