I have a 600 sq ft apartment that according to two places I called to get estimates, is a level 2. I also need the kitchen and bath (both about 8 x8 ft, cleaned just the outside of appliances and counters and floors and tub and sinks. They are very dirty. So far, one place gave me an estimate of $2000 incuding 4 people, stuff removal (a couple pieces of furniture too) and cleaning. The other estimate was $500 an HOUR for 4 people and minimum 7 hours. I don't know what to think, really. Does this seem high, low, I have no idea what it should be. Let me know if you have any experience with this. Thanks.
