Not sure where to start. I'm 37, and live alone in a 3 bedroom home. I spent 10yrs taking care of my grandparents. Over that time the condtion of home started to go down hill. Not having the time to take the trash out, or put the recycling out. Over time it's built up. And I don't know how to even start cleaning it up. I suffer from depression and high anxiety disorders and severe back issues, so physically moving stuff is difficult. I'm tired of being like this.. I want out of this mess. But I don't know if I can.

Hi Cryssie 🙂

Here we always recommend starting small.
Gather up a small bag of trash & get it out.
Or clear/clean off one small area of a table or counter, only a few inches, not the whole thing.
Just doing one small thing often gives us the motivation needed to do another small thing.
Or do something for just 5, 10 or 15 minutes.
Your home did not get out of hand over night and you should not expect yourself to get it back in shape over night either.
As you slowly work along you will see that you can do this.
Then as you are able, you can pick up the pace and accomplish even more.

🙂
