Have not posted in awhile. My problem is going downward. I think I have energy to get back in the game. Trying to find professional help. Felt too guilty to post a message & finally have the courage. My research came across Chronic Helplessness. Interesting topic. I find my condition worse with my daughter living with me. I give up & play Ostrich. I think because I have Fibromyalgia cleaning causes pain so no one wants to do something painful so I quit. Then I do not make cleaning my priority I schedule everything else in front of it. Anyone else experience this?
